I had wanted to order a different Kate Spain print some months ago, and after leaving a phone message, I received a phone response the same day. Even though the store owner was out-of-country, she still called me back! I was sent a sample, but decided to go with Linden in Metro. I was most impressed by their eagerness to meet customer needs and the way in which they packaged the fabric for shipping - it was vacuumed sealed in a food saver plastic! I live in Ontario, so I was happy to know that dirt, dust or bugs could not have possibly entered the packaging. Vacuum sealing also made the package as thin as possible for cheaper shipping! Thanks so much for being so thoughtful!
